If you enjoy hands-on work, precision, and being the first line of defense for product quality, this role is for you. As a Raw Material Sampler, you play a vital role in ensuring only the highest-quality materials move forward in our manufacturing process. Your attention to detail helps keep our products safe, compliant, and trusted.
🧫 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Inspect and sample all incoming raw materials following SOPs and Work Instructions
- Perform aseptic sampling techniques to protect sample integrity
- Accurately complete documentation and maintain traceability
- Sample multiple lots of raw materials in a warehouse environment
- Keep workspaces and equipment clean, organized, and contamination-free
- Assemble, set up, and calibrate lab instruments
- Assist with pulling raw materials from racks using Electric Pallet Jacks
- Follow cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements at all times
- Support additional tasks and projects as assigned
🎯 What We Need From You:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of cGMPs, OSHA requirements, and Material Safety Data Sheets
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and electronic systems
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well on a team
- SAP and forklift experience are a plus
🦺 What You’ll Need Physically:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
- Comfortable wearing required PPE (hairnet, safety glasses, long pants, steel-toe shoes)
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, climb, and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
