As a Raw Material Sampler, you play a vital role in ensuring only the highest-quality materials move forward in our manufacturing process. Your attention to detail helps keep our products safe, compliant, and trusted.
What You’ll Be Doing:

- Inspect and sample all incoming raw materials following SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Perform aseptic sampling techniques to protect sample integrity.
- Accurately complete documentation and maintain traceability.
- Sample multiple lots of raw materials in a warehouse environment.
- Keep workspaces and equipment clean, organized, and contamination-free.
- Assemble, set up, and calibrate lab instruments.
- Assist with pulling raw materials from racks using Electric Pallet Jacks.
- Follow cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Support additional tasks and projects as assigned.
What We Need From You:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of cGMPs, OSHA requirements, and Material Safety Data Sheets.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and electronic systems.
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well on a team.
- SAP and forklift experience are a plus.
What You’ll Need Physically:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
- Comfortable wearing required PPE (hairnet, safety glasses, long pants, steel-toe shoes).
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, climb, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
