Forklift Operator Moving with purpose
Location: Kdc/one Groveport | Full-Time Opportunity
If you're forklift certified, handy with a scanner, and comfortable in a warehouse, we’re looking for you! At Kdc/one, our Forklift Operators are the center of our logistics flow. You’ll handle the materials that keep our production lines moving and efficient.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operate a variety of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) turret trucks, and reach lifts.
- Unload incoming deliveries, stock materials, and track every move with handheld scanners or SAP.
- Pick up materials and components for production runs.
- Move unused or finished goods to inventory with accuracy and care.
- Complete PIT safety and maintenance checklists daily, and report any issues urgently.
- Assist with cycle counts, quarterly audits, and year-end inventory checks.
- Load leaving trucks to get customer orders out on time and in full.
- Support and mentor new forklift drivers when needed.
- Always keep things safe, clean, and GMP compliant (this is a beauty & wellness manufacturing site, after all).
What We Need from You:
- High school diploma or GED preferred (if you've got the experience and skill, we still want to hear from you).
- Prior experience operating PIT equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- SAP experience is not required but preferred.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.
- Comfortable to lift up to 50 lbs, and work around motorized equipment all day.
- Take pride in keeping things organized and moving smoothly.
